Neotecture is an interior design studio based in Ahmedabad. We work on residential and commercial projects across the city, from full-home renovations to office interiors, and we build every project around function first, aesthetics second.

We're not looking for people who follow a template. We're looking for people who look at a space, question why it's laid out that way, and have an opinion on how to fix it. If you spent more time sketching in the margins of your notebook than taking notes, you'll fit in here.

What we're hiring for

We regularly look for interior designers and site execution staff at different experience levels. Whether you're fresh out of college with a strong portfolio or have years of site experience, we want to hear from you if you can think in space and execute on the ground.

What working here looks like

You'll work directly on live client projects from concept to execution, not buried in back-office design work with no client contact. Site visits, client conversations, vendor coordination, and design decisions all happen early in your time here, not after years of paying dues.
